Post by Hariaa » Sat Dec 28, 2019 2:08 pm

Hello,

Can the Tier 2 ICT primary applicant SWITCH to Tier 4 General student visa within UK to pursue Master's degree? if so any then specific process be followed by ICT sponsor for revoking? Please advise.

Kindly refer below link that states ICT can switch to tier 4 general but not sure does it apply to primary applicant and the required process.

You are free to switch as the link already clearly states.

Why do you believe you need ICT sponsor documents agreeing to switching?? It has nothing to do with your sponsor if you switch visas.
