Timeline after successful administrative review

I was applied for tire 4 student visa form India. My visa was reject due to ECo error. After successful administrative review I submit my passport 17/10/2019
And I received BRP letter 11/12/2019 still I am waiting for my passport how long it will take time sir. I contact may time UKVI through mail or call but not helpful. Any one please advice about my case
