payslips gap

hello
i am british passport holder and want to apply my wife vissa , but i have 3 weeks gap in my payslips because i went india in september and come back in octuber my gaency didnt pay me for holdiays ... but i have all 24 weeks payslips , but some people said u cant give a gap so i need to start again from octuber ... what i need to do now ? help me please can i apply or i need to wait

It may not necessarily be a 'gap'. If you're in the same employment, then it is deemed as continuous despite taking unpaid holidays.

Should be fine.

If your annual holiday allowance hasn't yet finished then these should have been paid.

Entitlement
Almost all workers are legally entitled to 5.6 weeks’ paid holiday a year (known as statutory leave entitlement or annual leave).

This includes:

agency workers
workers with irregular hours
workers on zero-hours contracts
An employer can include bank holidays as part of statutory annual leave.

UKVI caseworker is chained up with their official guidance and excercise no discretion where required amount of documents covering the required duration doesn't cover.
