Earliest time to apply for ILR

Hello,
I’m depending on my husband who is on the tier 1 entrepreneurship visa. My Visa was issued in February 2015. Please when is the earliest time I can apply for my ILR?

You can only apply for ilr when your husband does or after he has ilr if he applies based on 5 years residence tier 1 route.

You cannot apply for ilr on your own before he does.

He’s planning to apply at the end of January. Can I apply even though my 5 years will be complete at the end of February?

You can apply, when he does, if it is within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your visa issue date.
