English test for second renewal FLR FP spousal visa

Hallo everyone,

I applying for my second time. I understand that a spousal visa carries all the normal charges like the NHS surcharges. But do I have to redo the English test (basic speaking to an adjudicator or assessor) I took when I first renewed? Is there another test I have to take?
