I have query about family dependent visa. I am British citizen and I am getting married in June. My spouse is Indian citizen so I will be applying for Family visa for her. For this as you guys already knows, I need to submit proof of accommodation saying where we going to stay.
At present I live in shared accommodation but will be moving to new 1BHK flat in July.
So my question is, if i apply for spouse visa for my partner in Mid June and submit my new flat contract which says I will be moving to new 1bhk flat in July, will this be considered as proof of accommodation?
And of course if this is considered then I cant submit any utility bills since I havent moved to this flat before my partner visa appointment. So is this okay or will it cause any problem for visa?
Any help in this would be really appreciated.
