FLR Child application

Filipina living in UK married 4 years to British citizen. We wish to bring my 9 year old son from the Philipinnes to live with us in UK.

We both work and earn over the financial requirement individually. As a FLR(BRP) holder can I sponsor my son, or does my husband have to be the sponsor?

The British spouse has to sponsor the child.

Where is the child's other parent?

Do you have official evidence of sole responsibility?

Thankyou for your answer. I do have sole responsibility. The father is marked as "Unknown" on my childs birth certificate.
