Date to submit the application

Hi

I will be eligible to apply for the citizenship on 11th Feb 2020 (12 months after granted ILR).

One of the requirements is I need be physically in UK 5 years ago. I was in UK on 11th Feb 2015 but I was outside of UK on 27th Feb 2015.

My question is if I submit the online form on 11th Feb but the appointment is after 27th Feb (assum if I cannot book any one before that date) will it be a problem?

Date of application that matters is the date you submit and pay online. Your biometric appointment date is irrelevant.

Just wondering is it possible to get the referee form template and get them signed prior to the application?

My referees live far from my place and they may go for trips when I submit my application.

My ILR BRP was issued on 11th Feb 2019. Can I apply for citizenship on 11th Feb 2020 or it has to be at least 12th Feb 2020?

I was physically in the UK on both 11th and 12th Feb 2015 .
