Hi Experts,

Please help me with the below query, I just spotted after checking my partner visa application. As I already mentioned that I got ILR but my wife is on PBS dependant visa. I switched to ILR from PBS student visa and my wife is still on PBS dependant visa until 11 Jan 2020. In this case, What should be the right answer for below question! She has leave to remain but PBS dependant visa and now shes i switching to Family route. Thanks
