Old HSMP Dependent Visa - Time Frame

I recently applied leave to remain on FLR (O) form for my new born baby and awaiting response. I have HSMP under 1+3+3 category.

What are the timelines of getting the travel documents back frm Home office?

I had applied last week June and need to travel end of Aug for holidays. Already sent urgent treatment application with travel itineary last week but had no response yet.

Any clues on response time?
