Am i eligible for ILR Super Priotiy Visa fee refund ?

Hi Experts,

I have applied for my ILR on Tier 2 General 5 year route on 06th Dec under super priority

Application Submitted : 28 Nov
Biometrics Done : 06th Dec (Friday)
NO Confirmation email or letter received in next 24 hrs (next working day)

I have received my BRP on 11th Dec and on the BRP date says " Place and Date of Issue : 06th Dec " . This means decision was taken on the same date but not updated to me.

So just want to check whether I am eligible for Super priority Visa fee refund as I haven't heard anything in 24 hours ?
