Declaration form in the FLR M application.

Hi. Just applying for the extension of my spouse visa, better known as Further Leave to Remain. I am confused about this part of the declaration:
“ Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people?”

My husband is still my sponsor here, I am a homemaker, so, we have one joint bank account and some utility bills in his name and others in my name. Is that question about other people different than my husband? If he supports me, should the answer be YES?
