Pbs dependant ILR query

Dear forum members,

I am on pbs dependant(tier 1). I am completing my 5 years on Aug 5th 2020. My husband and child is on British passport.

For last 1 year my husband has been working on a contract job in middle east for a project. He has been coming to UK during holidays. As my child is going to school we couldn't move with him but have been visiting him during half term.

My question is will this be a problem when I apply for my ILR as my husband has been working abroad?

Please can someone advise. Many thanks in advance

It should not be, insofar as a subsisting relationship exists, proof of contact should be retained.
