Work permit flr 10 years route

Post by Pilu » Tue Jan 14, 2020 12:25 am

Hi everyone, I am requesting you if possible to answer my question? I’ve applied 10 year route family visa, I am an over stayer. I wanted to know if they grant me a visa or leave, will I have any work permit? Please answer me, I’ll be too grateful to you.

Do you mean the right to work, or to apply for a Tier 2 visa :?:

Thanks for your kind reply, yes right to work. Just to inform you my friend my immigration history: I came in uk 2011, as a student with 2 years visa, but unfortunately I became overstayer. Then in 2014-15 I found my love. Then in 2017 we got married religiously, and we applied in 10 years route as a partner and was refused and I was detained by ho. After that we’ve registered our wedding and applied again, and refused again, now waiting for appeal hearing. Which is on 13th of March. Please advise me on this, and my question was will have any right to work if the grant me a visa? And please advise me more about everything. Me and my wife both are too worried. Thanks again Casa

If you had returned back home and applied spouse visa from there then maybe by now you could have secured the visa. If you will be granted the visa then yes you will be allowed to work.
