Tls Supporting Document Upload Restrictions

Good morning everyone,
I am a British citizen and married from morocco . I have just paid for my mrs visa application and IHS and booked the biometric appointment in 1 of the TLS contact in Rabat however we have realised TLS contact are having many restrictions in terms of uploading supporting docuemnts such as not accepting more than 10 pages of A4 chat history and 10 pictures. 2 things I would like to know , when they say 10 pages of A4 chat history, does this include video call screenshots as well as voice call screenshots along with the chat messaging screenshots or just message screenshots itself and voice and video screenshots to added as additional. And secondly, when they say 10 pictures, are they wanting me to provide 10 pictures ONLY or 10 pages but with 4 or 5 picturs each page ?.
