ILR for tier 2 and daughter

Hi, I have a ILR eligibility question for my family.
My wife just got ILR (10 yrs route): 09/2008 ~ 10/2015 (tier 4 student) , 10/2015~10/2018 (My tier 2 dependent), 03/2019 ILR received.

Myself: 04/2010~02/2015(My wife's tier 4 dependent), 02/2015~02/2017(first tier 2), 02/2017~02/2020(second tier 2)
I should be able to apply for ILR when current tier 2 expire next Feb.

Child 1: born outside the UK.
04/2010~10/2015(My wife's tier 4 dependent), 10/2015~02/2020(my tier 2 dependent)
Can she apply ILR at the same time next Feb? As her tier 2 dependent would be less than 5 years but my wife has already got ILR.

Child 2: born in the UK, 12/2012~10/2015 (My wife's tier 4 dependent), 10/2015~(My tier 2 dependent)
She should be able to apply for citizenship, right?

Yes, child can apply when you apply.

Could anyone help with my case?

Me: Tier 2 from Feb 2015
Wife: Already got ILR from 10 years Long Residence route
Daughter: born outside UK, enter UK on April 2010, switched to my tier 2 dependant on Oct. 2015.

I plan to apply ILR next Jan (28 days before current one expire)
I think my daughter should be able to apply ILR at the same time.

But this eligibility check for my daughter from gov.uk worries me as her mother's settlement was from 10 years route.

You may be eligible for settlement (‘indefinite leave to remain’) as the partner or child of a person who’s already settled using:

any tier 1 visa except Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) or Tier 1 (Post-Study Work)
a tier 2 visa
a Tier 5 (International Agreement) visa

If your partner or parent settled in another way, for example because they’d been in the UK for 10 years (‘Long Residence’), you cannot settle because of their work visa. You’ll need to apply to stay in the UK with a person settled in the UK .

The advice hasn't changed since you asked the question in March.

If the child is dependent on your tier 2, she can apply for ILR when you do. The 5 years residence does not apply to children.

Your UK born child could have been registered as British on form MN1 as soon as your wife got ILR in March.

Hi,

I am starting to fill in my Set (O) application (with my daughter) and see what documents I need to provide.
I have two questions from the application:

- Evidence of reasons for absences from the UK
I only left UK for paid holidays (no more than 30 days each time, total days within a year does not exceed the limit). What evidence should I provide? Only got stamps on my passports. Or should I ask my employer to give me a letter to confirm all this paid holidays?

- From the immigration rule, one reason for my daughter can submit with me is because my wife is already settled. But the application didn't ask for any document from my wife, the only thing filled in the application is my daughter's both parents' information (name, DOB, live together, etc). Not sure if this is normal, the only two things needed from my daughter are her passport and BRP.

Hi there,

I am about to submit my application and want to confirm a question in the application form: "first enter UK"
I suppose the answer of the question is the date I got my first tier 2 (02/2015).
And for my daughter, it is the date she switched to my tier 2 dependent (10/2015).
Nothing related to my or my daughter's VISA prior to tier 2.
Is that correct?

Hi,

I submitted my application and started to upload my documents.
My tier 2 is from 02/2015 but first entered UK on 04/2010 with another VISA (This VISA is on previous passport). Should I upload my previous passport? The same as my daughter's passport
