I am a British pakistani who is applying for my husbands spouse visa I am currently pregnant will this affect the visa? And will I have to pay more..

Thank you so much for your response I’d heard by so much negative things about being pregnant affecting the visa etc..
so would you reccomend I send my hospital letter etc along with my application
