Spouse visa accommodation. Please help

I currently live with my ex British wife. In same shared ownership house. 3 bedroom 1 living room kitchroom bathroom . Garden and car park.. (Mortgage) Both our names are in the title deed contact. Half /half . I want to do spouse visa application for my abroad Tunisian wife and my child.. to come to uk . can i use this house as accommodation? Can we live all together? Do i have to get my ex wife permission?
What i can do to use this house for spouse visa accommodation requirements?
