Tier 2 Dependant Visa application

Hello,

My partner is currently applying for a Tier 2 Dependant visa (was on Tier 2 general visa) in the uk.

My application (Tier 2 leave to enter) has recently been approved and have received a Home Office letter with a 30-day vignette. However, my BRP is not available for collection from the post office and has filled in the collection problem form.

While filling in the PBS dependant partner online form, under the main applicant's immigration status. Can i fill in the 30-day vignette entry clearance number for this application or does it need to be the BRP number?

" Do you have one of these Home Office reference numbers for XXXXXXX ? "
Option 1: Yes, I have their biometric residence permit (BRP) number (or)
Option 2: Yes, I have their entry clearance number (or)
Option 3: No, I do not have a Home Office reference number for them
