ICT Depended to Tier 2 General

Hi Team,

Currently I am on ICT primary and will move to ICT Depended against my spouse visa in April 2020 .She is also having ICT visa from different company.

I would like to confirm whether it is required to go for cooling period if I apply for tier 2 General from ICT depended in June 2020.

I would like to confirm whether it is required to go for cooling period if I apply for tier 2 General from ICT Dependent in June 2020.

You are still subject to the 12 months cooling off period before you can apply for tier 2 general. You will need to hold a dependent visa for 12 months before applying for tier 2 general from your home country.
