Applied FLRM Super Priority Service

Post by rkalam » Tue Feb 04, 2020 7:50 am

Had ongoing FLR FP application since Oct 2017
Switched to FLR M super priority - 25th Jan 2020
Received decision yesterday 03/02/2020 on FLR FP. Letter date- 28th Jan 2020.

However no news on Super Priority FLR M NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER (nor to my Barrister)

I am still confused how come they have decision on an application which is already switched to some other category instead of not replying to the service which has promised 24 hours respond time.

If someone has gone through similar circumstance please update. Extremely stressed due to the uncertainty from HO

Did you formally write a letter stating you were varying your FLR fp application to FLR m??

Or did you just apply and hope how would work it out?

Did you enrol biometrics for the flr m application already?

Thanks for the reply. As Biometric submitted on 25th Jan 2020. Representation letter officially stating that I am switching my application was sent to HO while submitting the docs.

Yet no news no acknowledgement letter and instead receive decision on old application.

Does the decision letter make reference to any of the FLR(M) requirements that might not have been met? My experience with FLR(M) is that only communication on the application will be a decision and there aren't always acknowledgements.
I'm just a guy on the Internet who immigrated to the UK. My opinions are based on my experience and interpretation of the immigration rules and should not be considered legal or immigration advice; your mileage may vary.

No the decision letter make more relevance to my old FLR FP application. And nothing to my current FLR M requirements.

Since I have submitted everything that was required on the checklist.

Hi rkalam
How did you get on with this?Did you manage to vary to FLR M?Did you get any refund?
Did you pay FLR M fees as well as FLR fp fees?
Im leaning to do the same thing.
Please update how you get on

Hi Hillam

I haven’t received anything about the FLR M, instead I am due for hearing in First tier tribunal for my appeal of the same- that HO has sent me decision of the application already varied and they haven’t taken any notice of my FLR M
