Hi,
I am posting a question for my mother in law who is 63 but she's been retired since 2012. She's been living in the UK for the last 6 years, as a EEA citizen, 5 years + 1 year IRL and now she is eligible to start the naturalisation process.
Both my wife and I have applied last month and one thing that popped during the application was that the home office requires proof of residency for the past 5 years excluding bills and bank statements. Easy enough for us, because we've used employment and HMRC letters.
However, my mother in law she's not worked in the UK at all.
Will the same rule (no bank statements and bills) apply to her as well? If yes, what is she supposed to send as a proof?
