Hi,
my previous employer, which i worked with from Mar-2015 to Aug-2017, declined to provide absence from UK letter citing company policy for exit employees.
During this period, once i had total absences from UK of 38 days in year 2016; rest all other absences are within 30 days.
As i need to apply for my ILR, what supporting evidences i shall provide in order not to get my application rejected due to this.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
