Hi all
My wife, who is from Mexico, and I are about to start the application for her visa extension. We are beginning to get a little worried about meeting the financial requirement as my earnings in the last 6 months are slightly less than the £9300 that needs to be proven. My wife also works and is employed. The issue is for the last 12 months we have been having trouble with her employers not paying her wages. We have asked for a letter from them with a table of payments explains that even though wage slips have been issued that the payments actually went into the bank on dates specified. We’re hoping that will be accepted as proof and the income will be taken into consideration.
On top of this my wife was asked to write a letter this week saying she opted out of her pension when she started working August 2017. Which she never and has been asking the company to sort out for over two years.
If anybody has any advice of information then I’d be extremely grateful. Also if I need to give more information then please just ask as any help is very much appreciated.
Part of me is hoping that we need to go to an appeal and they look into the companies finances as part of our appeal as they we feel like we have been taken advantage of in the extreme.
