Need help for my T2 Visa application...

Could you help me to check that I overstay in the UK or I really gain a T2 sponsorship from xxxx? The situation is that my T4 visa was expired on 13 Jan but before the deadline, a company name yyyyyy help me to find a job in xxxxx, it provided me up to 3 years of visa sponsorship. However, I suppose to bring all my documents to the home office on 28 of Jan, but I was noticed that my appointment has been rescheduled to the systems of Sopra Steria, a company responsible for the appointments management by yyyyyyy, and they told me to wait for a new appointment, but it's more than 10 days waiting and I can not get in touch with them, so it makes me very worried. I still have the passport and certificate sponsorship detail with me, and I hope you can help me to check the sponsorship is real or not, or the way that I can find the answer.

2. Who has offered sponsorship, the visa agent or the actual company?

3. Did you go for an interview for the job at the actual company? What exactly is the job you have been offered?

4. Did you pay a fee for the cos?

5. Is they visa agent charging you a percentage of your monthly salary as a fee?

6. Sopra steria is the biometric and document agency for the HOME OFFICE and all applicants have to attend appointments there.

1. OK, I am so sorry about this, just afraid it's a scam company...

2. visa agent told me that xxxx offer me a sponsorship, and I got the certificate sponsorship detail with me.

3. There was an interview with the hiring manager in Shanghai but cancel, and I am still waiting for a video interview.

4. I transfer the Tier 2 General application fee and Immigration Health Surcharge via bank to them, and they claimed that my visa application was submitted, so I gain a certificate sponsorship detail from that contains all the details of me and xxxxxx. In addition, I also have a PDF of QR code appointment certificate, which showed the address, date and time that I need to bring all my document to the home office

5. No, First is 300 pounds for Assessment and initial consultation, non-refundable administration fee, and after I gain my new BRP from home office, I need to pay them a final service fee: £1500.

I have a terrible suspicion that you might have been scammed and there is no job with the company. You have sent them a pot of money for a job you haven't even had an interview for.

What job is it exactly?

Only a company can issue you a certificate of sponsorship after the interview process and a company such as the one you claim has offered you a job without an interview, would very likely have their own immigration advisor in house or a very reputable solicitor to help with visas. A visa agent can't give you a certificate of sponsorship if they are not an ho approved sponsor, which visa agents generally aren't.

Thx again for replying, that's why I feel worried... the job title is E-commerce SMM Consultant, working at xxxxx HQ, so my question now is " how can I check that I overstay in the UK or not?", I have called a lot of different numbers of UKVI, but they are not helpful at all....
