Applying Primary and Dependent Tier2 visa together

I am planning to apply for the Tier2 application for myself and dependants together (my wife and my daughter) As far as I know, all can apply at once, however my concern is,

Scenario1: when I land in the UK with myself and dependants, I won't have a place to stay and we will stay in an Airbnb until we find permanent accommodation. Thus, can a visa rejection happen considering I am planning to take my family without a place to stay i.e. without renting a house?

Scenario 2: once our visa application is approved, is it possible that they might arrive in the UK after 2-3 months and not exactly with me.

1. Should be ok.

2. They will only get a 30 days visa vignette validity and must enter the UK within the 30 days and collect their brp cards from your nominated post office.
