Spousal Visa wait times for US Applicant

Post by BritishHugh » Fri Feb 07, 2020 8:49 pm

Good evening,

Does anyone have any idea of the approx wait time for a Spousal Visa, for a United States wife moving to the UK? We paid for the expedited 30 business day service. (I have searched the forums but can't find this particular circumstance.)

Thank you.

Hugh

If the application has already gone beyond the service service standard you paid for, then this will likely be based on the complexity of your individual circumstances. If it has not yet been 30 business days since the biometric appointment, I wouldn't be too hopeful of receiving a decision before then at the earliest (but you may get lucky).
I'm just a guy on the Internet who immigrated to the UK. My opinions are based on my experience and interpretation of the immigration rules and should not be considered legal or immigration advice; your mileage may vary.

Thank you for your very kind reply.

I was just wondering if anyone else has a recent experience to relate, of a similar situation of coming from the USA.

Thanks.
