need urgent help and advice. My husband has got ILR CARD ON basis of spouse visa. Which is valid until 2024. But recently he has lost his card. And we need to travel outside uk next week. He holds a pakistani passport. Can he travel without his ILR CARD AND APPLY IT FROM Pakistan to enter in UK (one time entry visa). Or he cannot travel at all until he gets a replacement ILR.
How long will it take to get his new ILR CARD to arrive ( if he applies it from UK)?

You can leave the UK without a BRP but he needs a BRP or visa to return. The BRP replacement takes 6 months in the UK. You cannot apply for a replacement BRP outside the UK. Instead, you’ll need to apply for a ‘replacement BRP visa’, which lets you re-enter the UK once only. It costs £154.

He has already reported it lost/stolen inside UK. Will it effect the whole process if I travel abroad and apply for " Brp visa" from there? It's not very clear on link. What if the UK government object, that he reported it lost in UK. So why travel outside and apply "BRP Visa" from there.
I am little confused on that point.
2ndly will the airline let him on board without BRP card?

No issues as he cannot get BRP outside the UK. You apply for a visa based on your circumstances and UKVI will not object. He cannot board a flight if
he is flying to the UK without a valid visa/BRP. You do NOT need a BRP to leave the UK

And will it be safe to travel and come back with "BRP Visa" ? My confusion is if he goes to Pakistan would he be able to get BRP Visa for one time entry? As he already applied for BRP from UK.

I cannot tell you what to expect. The BRP visa and a BRP replacement application are NOT related so I believe there should not be any issue
