but I have seen hundreds of people who have applied as Non salaried this way and got approved where they are paid per hour and has a fixed hours weekly.
.
It may only work if the employer letter doesn't state the contractual income/hours or caseworker doesn't notice that.

LOL! you don’t work for HO. I said “hundreds of people approved these way” so you want to tell me different ECO missed these? Your experience is different to mine so let’s leave it these way.

It’s OP to decide and I know you are one of the helpful people in these forums but I read a lot of people circumstances here as a member since 2012 so I have seen a lot of post on here.
My opinions should not be constituted as an immigration or legal advice.

I am reading this board from around the year 2006. Two of the former respected gurus were my closest friends who aren't active anymore due to their personal circumstances & lack of interest.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

I respect you but the key important here is that we are both NOT a regulated immigration advisor so we state our opinion and move on so it doesn’t mean you are right or wrong but it’s an opinion and I have stated mine above so again it’s upto the OP to read the financial requirement. I’m not here to argue or debate with you but we are both here to learn from each other but it seems both of us have a different understanding. I have learned from you but you can also learn from me.

Thanks a lot
