IHS Fees for Transfer from ICT to T2 Gen Visa

I have just got my T2 Gen visa, I have a query regarding the IHS fees.
I was on T2 ICT dependent visa on behalf of my spouse and the visa validity was June 2022. I got sponsorship from my employer and I got my T2 Gen visa which is valid till Feb 2023.
I want to know if I can apply for IHS fee refund as I had paid the fees twice; once when my wife's company applied for T2 ICT dependent and once when I applied for T2 Gen visa since there is overlap for couple of years between the two visas and I believe that ideally I should only be paying IHS for the duration when the ICT dependent visa expired.
