Dependent visa after ILR of main applicant

Hi,

I have granted ILR through 5 years Entrepreneur visa 50K. my wife already granted dependent visa when i was on tier1 Ent.

now she need extension and my status change to ILR, I am confuse which category shall I apply.

as Tier 1 entrepreneur dependent visa OR
ILR spouse visa? Please share the appropriate link.

she already been in UK since 2017.
I don want her to reset her clock please help. thanks
