FLR(M) Query for Spouse Visa Extension

Post by tcom1 » Fri Feb 21, 2020 11:40 am

Hello Board Experts,

I am out of touch with the visa applications so would like to have an expert advice please.
My Wife was on tier-2 PBS and had to move to FLR(M) after my ILR. The reason being she is a doctor and had to be on FLR(M) for a training post. Her FLR(M) extension is due in six months time so I would need to know which application form to fill and what evidences to gather and attach with the application please.

Regards,
tcom1

All the same up to date financial evidence as was initially required plus English A2 and 2 years evidence of cohabitation on both your names.

Dear CR001,

Thank you for your response.

>up to date financial evidence as was initially required
Do I have to maintain certain amount of funds kept in my bank account for a certain period?

>plus English A2
A letter from UK NARIC confirming the equivalent level of her degree and English proficiency would suffice?

1. No. It is only based on your salary/income.

2. Fine.

You need to provide six items of correspondence addressed to you jointly from at least three different sources covering the last 2 years. An item of joint correspondence can be replaced with two items of individually addressed correspondence (1 each), so if all items were individually addressed correspondence, you would have a total of 12 items with six addressed to each of you.
I'm just a guy on the Internet who immigrated to the UK. My opinions are based on my experience and interpretation of the immigration rules and should not be considered legal or immigration advice; your mileage may vary.
