Lost Naturalization Certificate

Post by LaxmanBharose » Fri Feb 28, 2020 9:54 am

Me and my family were naturalized in 2006 and we have had British passports since. recently discovered that we have lost our certificates.

how necessary are these? can we manage in life with our passports or do we need to apply for duplicates?

thanks

A passport is only a travel document.

It is the certificate of naturalisation that is evidence and proves you are British and how you became British.
