Hi, I would like to ask if Priority Visa for Settlement is available in VFS Manila? I will be applying for a Spouse visa and we are in a rush. Thank you.

Not sure, check VFS website or GOV.UK website
Do you have a solicitor, better get advice from an expert if you are applying from a destination without many people's experience

If not, you may need to travel to the closest country and do the application from there?
