I submitted my ILR application using the 5 Day Priority service, my biometric was taken and document submitted at 1pm Sopra Steria Croydon 9th Feb Sunday. Received a text messaged "Your information has now been submitted to UKVI". I have been checking my current status using the link shared on this page and my status hasn't changed, so i guess no action has been taken.

I came out of appointment centre @8.40am, reached home @10.30 and approval email came through roughly 30 mins after that. Super fast!

I scanned and uploaded my document. I uploaded it atleast 48hrs before my appointment and they were already checked before my sopra steria appointment. Only took 15mins for BRP requirement. I did bring all my document with me in case there are any that they will need to rescan.

Approval letter Received : 21/2/2020 2nd class signed for royal mail.
I didn’t receive any email from home office.
BRP received: 21/2/2020. they tried to deliver it on the 19th. They used TNT delivery service. My friend had her document delivered by DX last week.
My approval letter is dated 14/2/2020. I received the BRP before the letter.

Here is my time line

First Tier 1 ent Team applied on 16 April 2019.
After 6 months , no decision decided by HO , withdrawn application bcz of emergency travel.
Applied fresh application on 10 Dec both Team member with one dependent (my wife).
Bio-metrics 17 December
NO acknowledgement email received.
First member got approval email on 5th Feb.
First member BRP received through DX delivery on 7th Feb.
2nd member got approval email on 18 Feb
BRP received including Dependent on 21 Feb through TNT courier.

It's been over 24hrs, no email or phone call from the HO however i have called the UKVI helpline and they advised that I called back on Monday if I haven't back from the HO. I have been checking my current status using the link shared on this page and my status hasn't changed, so i guess no action has been taken.
