Critical skills visa to marriage visa

Hi there,

I got sponsored last year for a critical skills visa I got a 2 year visa and my first year runs out in September this year so I have plenty of time left.

However I am getting married this year with an Irish national. Wanting to know the process of this. Can I still work while I’m in the process of marriage? Do I need to leave the state? Any help or advise will be great.
