Applying ilr on tier 2 ict dependent visa

Can I apply for ilr if I am in UK for 5 years on ict dependent visa.If not what should
Be the best way to be eligible

No you cannot.

As ICT main applicant doesn't qualify for ILR on ICT 5 year visa, the dependent cannot apply for ILR either.

You would need to find a visa you qualify for that does lead to ILR or try find a visa route to reach 10 years long residence legal stay to apply for ILR.
