Name bifurcation (ILR holder)

Hello,

Recently my daughter got ILR and her name in the passport as a single name (Name and surname combined in the given name) I would like to correct her passport name by applying Name bifurcation. After correction do I need to submit ILR application to correct her name in BRP or what is the procedure? Could you please help?

ILR is a permanent status. Amendments are made to the BRP card only so no you do not apply for ILR again
You simply should report this after the name changes are done. Then you may be asked to replace the BRP card.
