(Spouse Visa) about payslips + proof of address

Hi everyone. I need your advice about my spouse visa. I am on Fiance Visa. I just got married last month. My fiance visa will expire in June. So I need to prepare my documents to submit Spouse Visa.

I am worried about my husband's payslip. He just got a new job which earn more than £20000 per year. But I lost his previous job's payslips(but i already submit for Fiance Visa) that means we wont have enough 6 months payslip. But we think about submitting 12 months bank statement. Will it help?

And the second question is i dont have proof of address. Because i can't work on this Fiance visa. I really have no idea how can i get proof of addres.

You will need 12 months payslips and 12 months bank statements if he has been in his current job for less than 6 months Both are mandatory. You cannot only submit bank statements, it won't be sufficient.

Having submitted the payslips before is irrelevant. You need them again.

Call the council, get yourself in the council tax bill.

Gall the water, electricity/gas companies, BT if you have landline... and get your name there. Within days/weeks you will start collecting proof of address.

We are staying at parents-in-law's house. My father in law is the owner of the house. He helped me write a letter that we are staying with him. Is that ok?
