Tier 2,Tier 1 Enterpreneur and Tier 2 combination for ILR

Hi Everyone ,

I would like to check if I am eligible for ILR under 5 year route with my current stay as Tier 2-General and the previous stay is combination of both (Tier2+Tier 1 entrepreneur- through venture capital).

Just to clear about the timeline

Tier 2-General ===> Feb 2015 - May 2017
Tier 1 -Entrepreneur (venture capital) ==> June 2017- Oct 2019
employed two people and invested 50k
Tier2 -General ===> Nov 2019 -to Current

Could anyone please let me know if I am eligible for ILR and has anyone with similar situation gained ILR .

Yes you can. Time spent under Tier 1 counts towards ILR under Tier 2

There is no need to submit any documents for the Tier 1E period. If required, they will ask
