Spouse Visa application from UK for ireland

Can someone confirm the possibility to apply spouse visa from UK for coming to ireland
? My fiance is in UK (Student Visa) and i am living in Ireland. We both are indian nationals, Marriage certification is from India. If yes, what is duration for visa arrivals after submission of application ?

What is your stamp number? Does your spouse want to join you on a temporary or permanent basis?

Thanks for your reply, I am in STAMP 1, and my spouse will stay as permanent in ireland under stamp 1G
