Spouse Visa to ireland from UK for Indian nationals

Dear Immigration experts and experienced immigrants, I am in Ireland under STAMP 4 and planning to bring my spouse to stay permanently. she’s living in UK under student visa. Please advise me that is it possible to apply for spouse visa from UK to come over to Ireland. Your response is much appreciated.
