Hey guys,

I'm also still waiting to hear from my employer, do you have any updates on whether your RCoS was granted?

I reached out to my employer and they said the Home Office process has been concluded. But they are yet to send me the details. I was asked to wait for a couple of days. Do employers need to do anything after the Home Office has assigned them the CoS?

I believe they need to forward the CoS reference number as you need it to make the Tier 2 General application.

My employer said that my COS is Under Review and they haven't received any query from Home Office.
Any idea why it could be under review.

They applied for my COS in February.

Thanks in advance.

You can go through this document https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... 2.0ext.pdf and check for the “outcomes” area.

I’m not sure if that might be the reason but that was what I saw

Have you reached out to your employer? I think they should give you the reference number of it is out or you can ask them if anything went wrong.

Baran, I was reading threads from the pervious months, people were being granted CoS a few days after the allocation date or even a couple of months later. I'm not sure in what order they might be processing the applications, but reach out to your employer and ask them to give you an update. Good luck!

Has anyone else got it? Is there any way to contact the home office regarding speedy application outcome?

My employer applied in Feb, supposed to get on March 11 allocation. But the result is still pending. My occupation is not in the shortage list but the offer fulfills other points with a UK Masters, 30K Salary and Labour market test.

Can someone reply how long it might take? is it usual that it takes more time?

Hello,

I have same issue. Till date my employer (big 4) are saying they still haven’t received the rcos decision.
I understood that all decision are taken on 12th otherwise why they call it a panel??
Any ideas about the reasons of delay?

Thanks
