Uploading Documents to Sopra Steria Website

Post by AmyHigh20 » Thu Mar 19, 2020 12:22 pm

Hi, I’m in the process of uploading all my documents to the Sopra Steria website. Is there a wrong way to do this? In the mandatory section I apparently only have to upload my ID card (I’m EEA). Do I upload all other documents in the relevant section in Optional documents or do they all have to go in the Mandatory section?

Also, what happens during the appointment? Do they take fingerprints and photo there and then check documents? Or do you do the photo/fingerprints somewhere else and take them with you to the appointment?

Thank you

I am uploading mine as well now. I only uploaded my passport in the the proof of application and rest of the stuff in optional.

But I am curious as well whether I am doing this right, I still got time to upload until next week.

Has your appointment not gotten delayed? I had an e-mail yesterday saying mine got pushed back 6 weeks.
