There is no such a thing as 10 years through Tier 1 !
SET(LR) application can be made if you lived here continuously and lawfully for the last 10 years regardless of the visa you are on. You simply need all your passports, English language and LIUK

Thanks for your answer sorry I meant I’m currently on tire 1 visa but completing my 10 years lawfully so I would go ilr 10 years route.

Please let me know could I apply 28 days before completing my 10 years?
