I (as an employer) am offering a current employee sponsorship for a Tier 2 Visa. The employee is currently on a her husbands dependent visa. Due to the job role we will need to do a Resident Labour Market Test which is fine and we all know what needs to be done to make sure we comply.
My question is, does the employee need to interview for the role if she is already an employee?
