It is UK employers that offer tier 2. India employers who have an office in the UK usually only sponor Tier 2 ICT visas.

It appears from your previous posts in November 2019, that you are in the UK on tier 2 ICT already. You cannot switch to Tier 2 General without the 12 month cooling off period, except in a couple of limited instances.
