Impact of COVID-19 on Visa Processing Timelines

I have applied for Tier 2 General (Priority) visa on March 6th 2020 from India. Application was forwarded to UKVI on March 7th. I have not received any update till now.

Has anyone received any update/visa in March? There is no information if the applications are getting processed.

Can we follow-up/track the application or request to get our passport back?
