HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is improving how it does immigration and asylum appeals and we need your help.

We are designing a new online way to make a first-tier immigration appeal. In order to make it as good as it can be, we want to get feedback on our designs from people who have made or are making immigration appeals, because you know best what appealing is like.

If you interested in improving the appeals service, we'll be hosting online sessions over the next two months.

Some details about what is involved:

• We would ask for an hour of your time

• We would show you some of our designs and ask you some questions over an internet call

• We take notes, but these will not contain your name or any personal details. Our research is anonymous

• We do not work for the Home Office and we are not able to help with any immigration matters. We are researchers from HM Courts & Tribunals Service

By participating in to one of our research sessions, you will helping other people who have to appeal in the future and making how our justice system works better.
