tier 2 dependent visa extension amid coronavirus

got stranded in India while bringing my family to uk as flight got cancelled and lockdown happened. the vignette ticket validity is till 12 th April for my dependent. unlikely we can travel by that . how to extend, how to apply for transfer of condition. I wrote mail to corona immigration services but have not received any answer. any suggestions
